The entire catalog of the Wilton Public Library is available online. Simply click the Online Catalog link on the left in the navigation bar.
The library catalog may be viewed by all, but only registered Wilton Public Library users can reserve material and view their own library record. You will see a login screen:

Registered patrons must activate their account by contacting the circulation desk and
setting a password. Your bar code number is on the back of your card. The numbers you will
need to enter in the first field of the registration form are the last six in the eight digit area.
For example, if your bar code number is:
2 4613 00100560 4
you would enter 100560 when asked for your barcode.
For privacy reasons, your password may be set and changed by library staff only. Please contact
the main desk at 603.654.2581 with any questions or to set or change your password.

Library patrons are given free access to an online service called EBSCOHost in order to research
information about books, magazines, newspapers, and a variety of other resources covering a wide
range of interesting topics.
This service is accessible from your home computer. Just click on the following address
http://search.epnet.com/login.asp. The username is
Wilton and the password is 03086. Once you have logged in, several different buttons
will appear on your screen.
Here is a brief summary of the functions that each of these areas can perform in helping you get the information
you need--quicker and easier than before:
EBSCOHost -provides access to general interest, business, newspaper, and reference resources,
many in full-text and covers a wide range of subject areas including
the arts, business, law, education, health, and more!
NoveList-serves as a search engine to help you find your favorite genres.
TOPICsearch-searches by subject, word, or topic through biographies, magazines, newspapers, and book reviews.
Search-a-saurus-a young adult and children's resource.

The New Hampshire State Library contracts with vendors to provide access to a number of databases selected to meet the needs of New Hampshire's public libraries. All databases are available, without charge, at your local library.

NEWSBANK provides remote access to the Concord (NH) Monitor and the Manchester (NH) Union Leader.
This service is provided by NHewLINK and has been funded by the New Hampshire State Library.

As part of NHewLINK, a service of the NH State Library, patrons of the Wilton Library have access to an enormous online database.
You can find social security, military, birth, marriage, death, immigration, court, and church records, as well as other
genealogical information.
It's fast, easy, and free information at your fingertips! You may access this database from computers in the library or from the
comfort of your own home! If you wish to access the database from home, simply call the library at 654-2581 for further details.
